When you use the form on our contact page, we process the data you provide: name, company, email address, phone number (optional) and your message.

• Purpose: answering your inquiry and handling any resulting business contact.
• Legal basis: pre-contractual measures taken at your request (art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and your consent (art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), given via the privacy checkbox.
• Recipient: the message is delivered by email to office@bgmetaltubes.com. It is not shared with third parties.
• Retention: only as long as necessary to handle your inquiry and any follow-up business relationship, after which it is deleted.

The contact form is protected by Google reCAPTCHA v3, which we treat as security-essential to prevent automated abuse. It is loaded only on the contact page and evaluates technical signals (such as IP address and browser behavior) to distinguish humans from bots. Provider: Google Ireland Ltd.

This site is protected by reCAPTCHA and the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply.

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the website is used. Analytics runs through Google Consent Mode v2 with all signals denied by default: no analytics cookies are set and no measurement data is sent unless you opt in via the cookie banner.

If you consent, aggregated usage statistics (pages visited, approximate location, device type) are processed. You can withdraw consent at any time via the "Cookie preferences" link in the footer. Details are in the Cookie Policy.

The map on the contact page is loaded from Google Maps only after you click "Load map". Before that click, no connection to Google is made and no Google cookies are set. By loading the map you accept Google's terms; see the Cookie Policy for details.

Our hosting infrastructure automatically processes technical data (IP address, user agent, requested URLs, timestamps) in server logs, as is technically necessary to deliver the website securely and reliably (art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — legitimate interest in operating and protecting the service). Log data is not merged with other data and is deleted on a regular schedule.

Under articles 15–22 GDPR you have the right to:

• access the personal data we hold about you (art. 15);
• have inaccurate data rectified (art. 16);
• have your data erased (art. 17);
• restrict processing (art. 18);
• receive your data in a portable format (art. 20);
• object to processing based on legitimate interest (art. 21);
• not be subject to automated decision-making (art. 22).
